By using the NestGuide app ("app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What NestGuide is

NestGuide is an app to help expecting parents and families plan their baby's layette: organizing a list of items, logging purchases, tracking spending, estimating quantities by season and climate, and — for those who will travel — tracking the customs allowance. The app also shows a curated Promotions tab.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older and have legal capacity to accept these Terms. The app is operated by the responsible adult.

3. Account

Access is via Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your Apple account secure. You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Delete account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the app only for personal and lawful purposes. It is not permitted to try to bypass plan limits, reverse-engineer the app, or use it for illicit purposes.

5. Free and Premium plans

• The app has a free plan with limits (for example, number of purchases and categories) and a paid Premium plan that removes those limits and unlocks additional features.
• When the Premium subscription is available, it will be an auto-renewable subscription processed by Apple (App Store). The price, duration, and any free trial period are shown at the time of purchase.
• Billing is handled by Apple; renewal is automatic unless cancelled. You manage, cancel, or request a refund through your App Store account — we do not have access to your payment data.
• Free plan limits may change in future versions.

6. Estimates — not professional advice

The suggested quantities, price estimates, customs allowance calculations, and other app suggestions are estimates for organizational purposes. They are not:

• medical, health, or baby-care advice;
• legal, tax, or customs advice;
• a guarantee of price, availability, or allowance amounts.

Always confirm official customs rules and consult professionals when needed. Purchase decisions are yours.

7. Promotions and affiliate links

The Promotions tab shows curated offers. Some links may earn us an affiliate commission, at no additional cost to you. We do not control prices, stock, or third-party stores, and we do not guarantee any offer. Researching and comparing is always your right.

8. Content and intellectual property

The app, its brand, design, and item catalog are the property of the developer. Your data (profile, purchases, photos) is yours — it stays in your iCloud and you can export or delete it.

9. Availability and disclaimer

The app is provided "as is". We strive to keep it running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from purchase decisions, service unavailability, or inaccuracy of estimates.

10. Termination

You can stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access in case of violation of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Relevant changes will be communicated in the app and/or on this page, with the "last updated" date at the top. Continued use after the update means acceptance.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the consumer's domicile are elected to resolve any disputes.
